Congratulations Denver

So incredibly happy for Denver, Colorado. Denver residents approved Initiative 301, which decriminalizes Psilocybin containing mushrooms. The initiative, which allows for personal use, possession and growth of mushrooms, passed by 1,979 votes. 50.56% for and 49.44% against.

“America is ready to talk about psilocybin.” - Kevin Matthews, leader of the “Decriminalize Denver” movement. And he’s right. The winds are shifting, and attitudes are changing. More people are warming to the idea of Psilocybin as medicine, not unlike cannabis.

I’m half considering moving to Denver to continue my journey. Hopefully other citities and states take notice and follow Denver’s lead.
